Service Divisions and Companies

The DOUGLAS Group has pooled a large proportion of its strategic and administrative functions in service divisions and companies, generating significant improvements in effi ciency. Several autonomous service companies perform diverse administrative functions on behalf of the subsidiaries and the holding company. As part of DOUGLAS HOLDING, the service divisions provide specialist support to the Executive Board and the subsidiaries’ management teams.
